Born from a real hiring challenge
ESL WAVE began in Korea, where our founder experienced firsthand how difficult it could be for schools and academies to find English teachers — while teachers faced an equally difficult challenge of finding the right opportunities.
We created ESL WAVE to make that process simpler.
ESL WAVE is a direct connection platform where employers share teaching opportunities and teachers apply for them — no complicated process, no placement fees, just a simpler way to connect.
